ABOUT

Company background : Oriental is the oldest (established in 1965) Indian manufacturer, exporter and service provider for compressor spares. We have a workforce of approximately 150 people and manufacture products in 4 factory locations spread across Kolkata, India. We also manufacture and export laser-cutting components and services for customized requirements based on client drawings or specifications. Since ORIENTAL’s first laser product was a compressor valve, which requires great accuracy, we use a higher quality fiber laser-cutting machine with a comprehensive software package.

About the machine : The fiber laser beam’s ability to continuously adjust to match material thickness allows it to retain higher accuracy thin and thick material cutting capabilities than conventional laser cut technology. Additionally, it reduces our carbon footprint by deploying merely 2kW of energy. Using high purity nitrogen gas for an extremely precise finish, it cuts three items faster than a 4kW co2 laser while still producing superior results.

AMADA-ENSIS-3015AJ : CNC Laser Cutting Machines are used to cut material such as mild steel, stainless steel, and Aluminium in an extremely economical and fast way. It provides accuracy while giving freedom to our designers to design any intricate shape, since the cutting will not lead to distortion. An input of any CAD file via e-mail is possible in this system. Our CNC Laser Cutting Machines and CNC Bending Machines with diverse welding and comprehensive surface coating capacities make sure that we execute the most critical jobs with precision and in time.
